System settings

Depending on the type of TV set.
LED light module
Under the menu item LED light module
(1
you make the basic settings
for the LED backlighting of your TV set.
HOME: Call Home view.
Mark System settings,
OK call System settings.
Mark Control,
go to next column.
Mark more ...,
call other settings.
Mark LED light module,
go to next column.
Active time Here you can specify whether and when the LED
backlighting should be generally activated. The set-
ting can be made both for the normal operation of the
TV set as well as for the switched off TV set.

Luminous
intensity
Determine the luminous intensity (brightness) of the
LED backlighting.
For further information see right column.
Colour
temperature
Determine the colour temperature of the LED back-
lighting. The negative value range stands for a rather
cooler white, the positive value range makes the light
appear as warm white.
Shut-off
delay
Select yes, if the LED backlighting shall continue to
light for approx. 30 sec after the TV set is switched off.

Here you can specify when the LED light should illuminate
on the unit housing, during TV operation and on standby.
Determine the active time of the LED backlighting
Mark Active time,
call settings for the active time.
During TV
operation
Here you can specify when the LED shall light up
during the TV mode.
Otherwise Here you can specify when the LED shall light up, if
the TV set is switched off.
Mark the desired setting or
enter the desired time with the numerical keys.
OK Accept settings.
Always on The LED backlighting is always switched on when the
TV set is switched on.
On from...
till ...
The LED backlighting is always switched on during
the selected time period.
off The LED backlighting is generally switched off.
Determine the luminous intensity of the LED backlighting
Mark Luminous intensity,
call settings for the luminous intensity.
Select desired level of luminous intensity.
Further operation of the LED backlighting
In addition to the general default settings in the system settings,
the LED backlighting can also temporarily be controlled via local
and remote control. You will find further information in chapter LED
backlighting.
For playback of movies in 3D mode (see chapter System settings,
section Picture – 3D settings) we recommend to disable the LED
backlighting.
