Preparation:
The temperature of the product, the surfaces and the working area must be above 50°F (10°C). For best performance, apply
adhesive at 70°F (21°C). Ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, structurally sound and free of dust, grease, oil, and other
foreign contaminants. Sand glossy surfaces. Pre-cut and fit materials before applying adhesive. To open the container, tear
the black strip off of the red area marked “OPEN”. Pull off red cap from nozzle and turn the nozzle clockwise 180°. Slide the red
tab marked “OPEN” from left to right regulate the flow. Sliding the tab all the way to the right will deliver the maximum amount
of flow and all the way to the left will close the dispenser.
Application:
To dispense product, press the red lever. Apply adhesive around perimeter of large items approximately 2” from the edge, apply
additional beads at 6” intervals. Join substrates within 15 minutes and press firmly. Repositionable for 15 minutes. Achieves final
strength in 24 hours and full cure in up to 14 days. Temperature, humidity, substrate porosity and amount of adhesive used will
affect cure times.
Clean-up:
Clean tools and uncured adhesive residue immediately with warm water and soap. Cured adhesive may be carefully cut away
with a sharp-edged tool.
Storage & Disposal:
PROTECT FROM FREEZING. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. For maximum shelf life store at 75°F (24°C). Take
unwanted product to an approved household hazardous waste transfer facility. Hardened material may be disposed of with trash.
Label Precautions:
CAUTION! Contains propellant and crystalline silica. Do not puncture or incinerate container. Exposure to heat or sunlight may
cause container to burst. Do not expose to heat or store at temperatures above 120ºF. Avoid eye and skin contact. Use with
adequate ventilation. Prolonged or repeated exposure may affect the nervous system causing dizziness, headache or nausea.
If you experience eye watering, headache or dizziness, leave the area to obtain fresh air. Do not take internally. FIRST AID: For
eye contact flush with water for 15 minutes, call a physician. For skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If swallowed,
do not induce vomiting; call a physician or Poison Control Center. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
