Safety Precautions:
Wash hands after use.
Preparation:
The temperature of the product, the surfaces and the working area must be above 50°F (10°C). For best performance, apply
adhesive at 70°F (21°C). Ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, structurally sound and free of dust, grease, oil, and other
foreign contaminants. Sand glossy surfaces. Pre-cut and fit materials before applying adhesive. Cut tip of cartridge.
Application:
Using a caulking gun, apply adhesive around perimeter of large items approximately 2” from the edge, apply additional beads at
6” intervals. Finishing nails may be required every 16” to prevent warping. Join substrates within 15 minutes and press firmly.
Repositionable for 15 minutes. Achieves final strength in 12 hours and full cure in up to 14 days. Temperature, humidity, substrate
porosity and amount of adhesive used will affect cure times.
Clean-up:
Clean tools and uncured adhesive residue immediately with warm water and soap. Cured adhesive may be carefully cut away
with a sharp-edged tool.
Storage & Disposal:
PROTECT FROM FREEZING. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. For maximum shelf life store at 75°F (24°C). Take
unwanted product to an approved household hazardous waste transfer facility. Hardened material may be disposed of with trash.
Label Precautions:
CAUTION! Contains petroleum distillate and crystalline silica. May cause eye and skin irritation. Avoid eye and skin contact. Do
not take internally. FIRST AID: For eye contact flush with water for 15 minutes, call a physician. For skin contact, wash
thoroughly with soap and water If swallowed, call a physician or Poison Control Center. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
