Description: Loctite® Naval Jelly® Rust Dissolver is the original rust treatment formula that has been

used for over 40 years. It removes rust from metal surfaces such as iron, steel and other ferrous metals

and will also remove blueing from steel.

Recommended For:

Loctite Naval Jelly is recommended for removing rust from metal surfaces made of iron, steel or other ferrous materials. Use on

items such as iron railings, barbeque grills, automobiles, patio furniture, tools, antiques, mailboxes, lawn mowers, bicycles and

lamp posts.

Limitations:

 Do not use on aluminium, chrome, stainless steel, cement, fiberglass, marble, plastics or painted surfaces

 Naval Jelly will remove paint. If it comes in contact with a painted surface, wipe off immediately

 Not suitable for long term protection of surfaces

 Not compatible with latex topcoats

 Product is not a rust preventer and must be protected with a clear coating or primed & painted within 24 hours of application
