Thermometer clips to fry pot

for easy viewing.

STEAMINGTWIST & DRAIN

TM

1. Lift the basket above the pot.

2. Rotate the basket 90 degrees.

3. Lower so that tabs on basket rest on tabs

inside pot for draining.

FRYER DRAINING

Fryer basket

rests on edge of

pot for draining.

Fill pot just below

bottom of basket for

steaming.

Do not allow pot to

boil dry. Add water

if necessary.
