LockState

warrants to the original end-user consumer of any

LockState

safe that the craftsmanship, workmanship and

materials of the mechanical components on all safes made

LockState

are free from material defects for a period of

1 year. In the event that any mechanical component of a

LockState

safe is not free from material defects,

Lock-

State

will repair or replace the safe. The decision to either

repair or replace the safe will be at

LockState’s

sole dis-

cretion and will be at no charge to the original end-user

consumer. All shipping charges arising from a safe ex-

change or repair are the responsibility of the customer. In

no instance will

LockState’s

liability under these warranties

be greater than the replacement of any safe not free from

defects. Expressly,

LockState

will not be liable for any la-

bor costs including but not limited to installation, removal

and replacement, nor will

LockState

be liable for any ship-

ping costs or consequential damages arising from or re-

lated to a defective safe. These warranties will not apply in

the event that any user of a

LockState

safe has improperly

assembled, installed, disassembled, stored, maintained, or

abused the safe or if the damage to the safe is due to acci-

dental damage, improper powering, defective batteries, any

end-user modifications or use of the safe for an unintended

purpose.
