youwillreceivethesamemodelbracelet.Ifyourmodelisnot
available,abraceletofequalvalueandsimilarstylewillbe
provided.Thewarrantyforthereplacementbraceletendsone(1)
yearfromthedatathereplacementbraceletisreceived.
THISWARRANTYDOESNOTCOVER
•Anydefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipofbaery,case,
crystal,straporbracelet.
•Damageresulngfromimproperhandling,lackofcare,
accidents,ornormalwearandtear.
•Waterdamageunlessmarkedwaterresistant
Thiswarrantyisvoidifthebracelethasbeendamagedby
accident,negligenceofpersonsotherthanauthorised 
LM Technologies distributors or service centres and any other
factorsnotduetodefectsinmaterialsorworkmanship.
Theforegoingwarranesandremediesareexclusiveandinlieu
ofallotherwarranes,termsorcondions,express,implied
orstatutory,astoanymaerwhatsoever,including,without
limitaon,warranesofmerchantability,tnessforaparcular
purpose,accuracysasfactoryquality,tleandnoninfringement,
allofwhichareexpresslydisclaimedbyLMTechnologies.
LMTechnologiesshallnotbeliableforincidental,consequenal,
indirect,specialorpunivedamagesorliabiliesofanykind
arisingoutoforinconneconwiththesalesofuseofthis
product,whetherbasedincontract,tort(includingnegligence),
strictproductliabilityoranyothertheory,evenifLMTechnologies
hasbeenadvisedofthepossibilityofsuchdamagesandevenif
anylimitedremedyspeciedhereinisdeemedtohavefailedof
itsessenalpurpose.
