vii. If the module shows “failed-Sign” message:

a. If module shows the “failed-Sign” message, it indicates that

the signature of module firmware is different than the

signature of the new image.

b. This indicates that the firmware upgrade procedure has been

followed correctly but there is error in new image provided

for the firmware upgrade.

c. If the image is not suitable for performing a firmware

upgrade the user should contact LM technologies.

d. The module restarts itself with a warm reset and starts

executing the existing image.
