• Measurement of the body fat and water content as well as muscle and bone mass is only possible with
bare feet.
Note: The scales round up the weight to whole 100 g and react to a minimum weight of 6 kg.
Indicators
Different indicators:
• Weight
• BMI
• Body Fat in %
• Moisture content
• Muscle mass
• Bone mass
• Protein content
• Energy requirement in calories (kcal)
• Age of the body
• Level of obesity
• Weight control
• Type of body
The scale can contain several profiles in memory.
There may be measurement errors in the event that:
- are involved in professional or intensive high level sports.
- are over 70 years old
- are less than 10 years old
However, the so-called "normal" weight function remains effective.
USING YOUR APPLIANCE
Conventional Weighing (without the IOS / Android dispositive):
1. Place the scales on a dry and firm base (avoid carpets).
2. Tap your foot on the scales to activate the display.
3. Wait until the display shows '0.0' (kg / lb / st).Note :

or stone (st).
