90-Day Trial Period
If you or your cats are not completely satisfied with
the Litter-Robot, just return the unit within 90 days
for a full refund of purchase price. Please note that
you are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you purchased your Litter-Robot through a source
other than RobotShop, you must coordinate the
return with that source according to their return
policy.
If you have purchased directly from RobotShop,
email [e-mail] or call 1-866-627-
3178 to obtain an RMA number. We cannot accept
shipments without an RMA number. Please refer to
the Return Instructions insert.
Please make sure the Litter-Robot is clean and
carefully packaged (the original packing materials are
best) in order to avoid damage in shipment. The
Return Instructions insert shows a packaging
diagram for the Litter-Robot.
18-Month Full Warranty
Your Litter-Robot is covered by a full warranty for 18
months, starting from the date of shipment
regardless of where purchased. The warranty covers
all parts and labor. Shipping costs vary by region.
