SOLUTION
No analog-output current. The output at terminals 19 and 20 requires a voltage source. See
Fig. 2 for analog-output connections. See Section 9.3 for the
analog-output tests.

When LED is on, corresponding indication relay is energized when in the non-fail-safe mode or de-energized when in
the fail-safe mode.
