Surface conduit applicaon:
1. Loosen the 2 capve screws in the front housing,
using the 1/8” Allen wrench.
2. Separate the front door from the back housing.
The door needs to be opened more than 90° to
disengage the hinges. Set the door aside on a clean
surface, to avoid any damage or scratches.
3. Prepare the back housing for installaon by re-
moving the appropriate conduit plug (gure 2) and
mounng knock out holes as needed. Be careful not
to touch the LEDs or damage the internal compo-
nents in any way.
4. Install the back housing directly to the wall using
the wall anchor holes and appropriate screws (not
provided).
5. Caulk the mounng holes to prevent moisture
entry.
6. Thread the conduit into the housing conduit hole.
Use thread sealant to keep the housing waterght.
7. Make supply connecons.
8. If provided with an ALO device, adjust the dial to
the required lumen level (use the ALO label on the
backside of the door as reference), by turning it us-
ing a small at head screwdriver.
9. Replace front cover. Make sure the hinges are
engaged properly.
10. Tighten the 2 capve screws (30-35in lbs). Do
not over ghten. Over ghtening will cause stripping
and void all warranes.
Troubleshoong: If this xture fails to operate properly, check to make sure: • The xture is wired correctly. • There
are no loose connecons. • The xture is grounded correctly. • The line voltage at the xture is correct. If all these
variables have been checked and the xture sll does not operate as specied, contact your local Lithonia Lighng
distributor.
