INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
7. Turn on electricity at fuse or circuit breaker box and verify
success of installation.
Note: test fi xture at night or block photocell.
Note: Weatherproof fi xture by using a suitable silicone caulking
to seal all connection holes. Caulk all around the housing to the
mounting surface.
8. Reinstall Diffuser and tighten Diffuser Mounting Screw (3) to
secure diffuser. See Fig. B.
1. Remove fi xture components and parts pack. Check to
ensure all parts are included. Note: Account for small parts and
destroy packing material, as these may be hazardous to children.
2. Loosen Diffuser Mounting Screw (3) and remove Diffuser (2)
from fi xture housing. See Fig. B.
Note: This Fixture is intended for Wall mount above 6ft (1,8m) only.
Not suitable for use with dimmers, motion sensors or other remote
devices.
Turn OFF Power at circuit breaker box.
CAUTION: Do not rely on wall switch alone to turn off power
For installation to properly installed and grounded UL listed
junction box
3. Install cross bar (4) to your outdoor wet location junction box
using two 1” #6 or #8 or #10 screws (5) (screw size is depending on
your junction box). See Fig. A.
CAUTION: WIRING AND FIXTURE OPERATION
Make sure power is turned off. Connect to 120V, 60Hz circuit only.
4. To Ground fi xture use wire nut (8) to connect the (copper)
house supply ground wire & the green fi xture ground wire. Note:
If house wiring does not include a ground wire, consult your local
electrical code for approved grounding methods.
For proper connection, place wire nut over wires
and twist clockwise until tight.
5. To Connect supply wires use wire nut (8) to connect the black
fi xture wire to the black power supply wire and the white fi xture
wire to the white (neutral) supply wire.
6. To Install fi xture push wire connections into j-box and align
fi xture back with screw extending from crossbar. Push close up to
wall and secure with Nut. See Fig A.
Note: make sure no wires are pinched before tightening.
