2.7 Power Supply
The WP838E shall be powered by:
 External power supply :12V DC, 2A(finalized by RD)
 Power Over Ethernet (PoE 802.3 af/at)
When multiple power sources are present, the WP838E power supply follows the priority:
12V DC>PoE 802.3 af/at
2.8 Factory Default Reset
The WP838E shall support an external factory default reset mechanism
