Page Up and Page Down
Tap the PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN buttons on the touch screen to scroll through
the document pages.
Return to File List
Tap the BACK button to return to the list of files.
Spreadsheet Files
The 3M MP180 projector can open and view Microsoft® Excel® files.
Document File Support
Supported Versions of Microsoft® Excel®
The file viewer supports Microsoft® Excel® 97, Microsoft® Excel® 2000,
Microsoft® Excel® 2003, and Microsoft® Excel® 2007 xls and xlsx files.
Font and Number Support
The 3M MP180 projector has limited font and number support and the file viewer
will automatically substitute unsupported fonts or numbers.
Embedded Objects Support
The file viewer supports Microsoft® Word and PowerPoint® objects. Some objects
have limited or no support and will be substituted or left blank.
Viewing a Spreadsheet File
1 Use the touch screen to select the document you wish to view. The projector
will display six files at a time. Scroll down to see other files further down the
file list.
2 Tap on a document to display it.
Magnifying and Panning a Spreadsheet
1 Once the document is open, tap the ZOOM IN button on the touch screen to
magnify the document page. To zoom out, tap the ZOOM OUT button.
2 While the page is magnified, you can pan around it using the directional
buttons.
Note: During magnify and pan operation, the image quality will degrade for a
brief moment and then return to normal.
Select Another Spreadsheet
Tap the PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN buttons on the touch screen to scroll through
the document spreadsheets.
Return to File List
Tap the BACK button to return to the list of files.
