Your BlackBerry Music Gateway lets you wirelessly stream music from your BlackBerry
smartphone and other Bluetooth enabled A2DP devices to your stereo or speaker
system.
1 ◦ Make sure that your BlackBerry Music Gateway is plugged in to an outlet.
2 ◦ On the BlackBerry Music Gateway, press the button on the top of the device until
the LED flashes red and blue to indicate that it's in pairing mode.
3 ◦ On your BlackBerry smartphone, on the home screen, click the Manage
Connections icon.
4 ◦ Click Bluetooth, Set Up Bluetooth, or Networks and Connections > Search >
BlackBerry Music Gateway.
5 ◦ If prompted for a passkey, type 0000.
The LED flashes blue when pairing is successful.
To turn off the prompt that appears on your smartphone when you connect it to the
BlackBerry Music Gateway, add the BlackBerry Music Gateway to your Paired
Devices list. For more information, click the Help icon on your BlackBerry
smartphone.
