New Record (Customer Tab)
File Tabs
WiththeexceptionoftheDatabaseManagement
tab,allofthetabsintheFlightConnectEdittoolare
FlightConnectletabs.Filetabsdisplaytherecords
savedtothatle.
Arecordisaunitofthele.Forexample,onerecord
inthecustomerlerepresentsonecustomer,andone
recordinthefuelerlerepresentsonefueler.Onerow
inthetablerepresentsonerecord.Thecolumnsinthe
tablerepresenttherecord’selds.Acustomerrecord
consistsofthreeelds:Name,Account,andCode.
Whenaletabisopen,recordscanbeadded,deleted,
oredited.
To add a new record:
1. FromtheFlightConnect Ofcewindow,clickoneofthe
letabs.
2. Atthebottomleftcorneroftheletab,clickNew.ANew
windowwillappear.
3. Type(orselectfromadropdownbox)thenecessary
informationintotheelds.
4. ClickOKtosavethenewrecord.
To delete a record, perform the following:
1. FromtheFlightConnect Ofcewindow,clickoneofthe
letabs.
2. Clickarecordtohighlightit.
3. Atthebottomleftcorneroftheletab,clickDelete.The
Deletewindowwillappear.
4. ClickYestodeletetheselectedrecord.
To edit a record, perform the following:
1. FromtheFlightConnect Ofcewindow,clickoneofthe
letabs.
2. Double-clickarecord.TheEditwindowwillappear.
3. Type(orselectfromadropdownbox)thenecessary
informationintotheelds.
4. ClickOKtosavetheeditedrecord.
