Set Up Row (RS): K2, yo, place marker, k1, place marker, yo, k2 – at the end of

this row you will have 7 sts.

Next Row: Slipping markers as you come to them, k2, purl to last 2 sts, k2.

Row 1 (Increase Row, RS): K2, yo, k to marker, yo, slip marker, k1, slip marker,

yo, k to last 2 sts, yo, k2.

Rows 2 and 4: Slipping markers as you come to them, k2, purl to last 2 sts, k2.

Rows 3 and 5: Repeat Row 1.

Row 6 (WS): Slipping markers as you come to them, knit across.
