Making External Phone Calls
Outgoing Call Options
Press the Call key, and then call the number you want,
using the keypad, Contacts or Speed Dial (Contacts and
Speed Dial are explained in the Phone Menus chapter).
Press the Call key, or the select button and the call will
be placed.

Enter the number you want to call, using the keypad,
Contacts or Speed Dial (Contacts and Speed Dial are
explained in the Phone Menus chapter).
Press the Call key, or the select button. The call will
be placed.
Receiving Phone Calls
You can press the Call key to answer a handset’s incoming
call. Information about the call will display on the handset’s
screen display.
While the phone is ringing, you can also press Options
(left soft key) and choose:
Incoming Call Options
Speaker on.
To Voicemail. Send the call to voice mail. Press the
down or up arrow and highlight To Voicemail and
press the select button.
New Call. Ignore the call and place a new call. Press the
down or up arrow and highlight New Call and press
the select button.
Call Handset.
Private. Make the call private, if other handsets are
connected to the base station. Press the down or
up arrow and highlight Private and press the select
button.

Ending a Call
To end a call, press the Power/End call key.
Ringer Volume
Press the left arrow to decrease, or the right arrow to
increase the ringer volume, while you are in standby
mode.
