RFC 2684 Bridged - Dynamic IP Address
• For the IP Setting, select
Automatically obtain an IP
Address.
Click • Save Settings.
RFC 2684 Bridged - Static IP Address
• For the IP Setting, select Use
the following IP Address.
Enter the IP Address, Subnet •
Mask, and Default Gateway IP
address.
Enter at least one DNS IP •
address in the Primary DNS
and Secondary DNS fields.
Click • Save Settings.
Bridge Mode Only
Use this mode only if you
use the Modem Router as a
bridge, which makes it act
like a stand-alone modem.
Click • Save Settings.
In the web browser’s 5. Address field, enter the appropriate website:
www.linksys.com/uk/registration (United Kingdom),
www.linksys.com/au/registration (Australia),
www.linksys.com/nz/registration (New Zealand), or
www.linksys.com/sg/registration (Singapore). Then press Enter.
NOTE FOR WIRELESS MODEM ROUTERS: Go to
www.linksysbycisco.com/support for instructions on wireless
conguration. You should change the default wireless settings and
enable the appropriate security method.
