9 Network
• Receive the address from a DHCP server (you cannot edit it)
• Manually set the address using the Non DHCP Default Route option (Option 9.10)
9.7 Enable Web Server
Shortcut: Setup, 9, 7, y/n, ok
To view the status of the Web Server, press 7 from the Network menu, or scroll down to highlight
Enable Web Server and press the select soft key. To enable or disable the Web Server, press the edit
soft key. Press the y/n soft key to toggle between Yes to No and press ok.
9.8 Non DHCP IP Address
Shortcut: Setup, 9, 8, ip_address, ok
To manually set the IP address, press 8 from the Network menu, or scroll down to highlight Non DHCP
IP Address and press the select soft key. Then press the edit soft key. The display shows the option to
enter an IP address. enter the IP address here. This IP address is always used by the phone (it is a static
IP address). After entering IP address, press ok.
9.9 Non DHCP Subnet Mask
Shortcut: Setup, 9, 9, subnet_mask, ok
To manually set the subnet mask, press 9 from the Network menu, or scroll down to highlight Non
DHCP Subnet Mask and press the select soft key. Then press the edit soft key. After entering the subnet
mask, press ok.
9.10 Non DHCP Default Route
Shortcut: Setup, 9, 10, ip_address, ok
To edit the default gateway (router), press 10 or scroll down to highlight Non DHCP Default Route and
press the select soft key. Then press the edit soft key. After entering the default route, press ok..
9.11 Non DHCP DNS 1
Shortcut: Setup, 9, 11, ip_address, ok
To edit the primary DNS server used by the phone, press 11 from the Network menu, or scroll down and
highlight Non DHCP DNS 1 and press the select soft key. Then press the edit soft key. After entering
the IP address of the server, press ok.
9.12 Non DHCP DNS 2
Shortcut: Setup, 9, 12, ip_address, ok
To edit the secondary DNS server used by the phone, press 12 from the Network menu, or scroll down
and highlight Non DHCP DNS 1 and press the select soft key. Then press the edit soft key. After
entering the IP address of the server, press ok.
