When used in the configuration profile, parameters in this section must be appended with [n], where n
is 1, 2, 3, or 4).
This section does not apply to the WIP310 wireless phone.
Field Description
Station Name A name to identify this station (reserved for future use).
Voice Mail Number A phone number or URL to check voicemail.
Text Logo
(Not applicable to SPA901)
Sets the text logo to display when the phone boots up. Default is (blank) which displays
Linksys. Up to 2 lines of text can be setup; each line should contain less than 32
characters. A newline character (\n) must be inserted between the 2 lines and escaped with
%0a. For example, “Super%0aTelecom”.
BMP Picture Download URL
(Not applicable to SPA901)
The URL locating the bitmap (.BMP) file to display on the LCD background. The URL must
include the TFTP server name (or IP address), directory, and filename, for example:
tftp://myserver.mydomain.com/images/downloadablebmppicture.bmp
For the SPA962, you can use a 320 x 240 pixel .BMP image (1, 4, 8, 24, or 32-bit color) for
the background picture. For the SPA942, the image should be 128 x 48 black and white (1-bit
color).
