11 Status
Phone
Shortcut: Setup, 11, select
To view the phone status, press the Setup button and then 11 or scroll down to Status and press the select
soft key. The display provides the date and time, Up time, Transmitted packets (Tx) and Received
Packets (Rx).
Ext 1/2/3/4
Shortcut: Setup, 11, 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 select
To see the settings for an extension, from the Status menu, press 2 for Ext 1, 3 for Ext 2, 4 for Ext 3, and
5 for Ext 4.
The LCD displays Registered if the extension is registered, the last registration time and date, and the
time in seconds until the next registration (Next Reg). If the extension is not registered, the phone
displays Not Registered along with the proxy’s IP address and port number.
Line 1, 2,3,4
Shortcut: Setup, 11, 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 select
To see the settings for a line, from the Status menu, press 6 for Ext 1, 7 for Ext 2, 8 for Ext 3, and 9 for
Ext 4. The display shows the status of the line including if the line is ready and what tone is used.
Provisioning
Shortcut: Setup, 11, 14 select
To see the provisioning status for your phone, from the Status menu, scroll to 14, then press select. The
display shows the profile, current provisioning status (Failed or Successful). If Failed, the reason for the
failure is displayed.
Call Statistics History
Shortcut: Setup, 11, 15 select
To see the call statistics history for your phone, from the Status menu, scroll to 15, then press select. The
display shows the call history. If there is no call history logged, the phone displays “No Item.”
