Removing connected devices
Wired and wireless devices that are currently connected to your network cannot be removed from
the Device List section of the Linksys cloud account. The device’s status should be Offline before
you can remove it from your network. To remove a device, follow the instructions below according to
the specific network connection that your device is using:
Wired Device Turn the device OFF and check its status on the Device List page. Click the
X button to remove the device.
NOTE: If your device still appears in the list and still says Online after doing this step, you might
need to upgrade your browser. If this doesn't work, you can perform a firmware upgrade on your
router. For instructions, click here.
Wireless Device You can either perform the process used for a wired device or you can
change your Wi-Fi password to disconnect all wirelessly connected devices. Click the X
button to remove the device.
