14. Install the nut on the end of the set screw
and, using a 7/16” socket and torque wrench,
torque the nut to 89 in-lb. Make sure that the
clutch spring bracket does not interfere with the
factory over center spring.
NOTE: Camaro pedal pictured.
16. Re-install the screw located on the left side
of the DLC OBD-II in the driver footwell under the
dash.
15. Re-install the two (2) screws located on
the right side of the (DLC) OBD-II in the driver
footwell under the dash.
17. The installation of the clutch return
spring kit is now complete on your CTS-V.
After driving the vehicle for a while LPE
recommends checking the fasteners to make
sure the bracket is still secured to the pedal
assembly.
