FUNCTION FIELD MAPPING (BINARY) ALLOWED VALUES
RESET_TO_ZERO 3 0 0 – Charging Value Unchanged
1 – Set Charging Values to Zero
NOTE:
This function is implemented by forcing the charger to
CHARGING_NONE_STATE and not allowing charge to resume until a
valid ChargingCurrent() and ChargingVoltage() Pair Is received.
