GUI Overview
HX Edit has a very intuitive, easy-to-use interface. The main application window auto-
matically detects your specic Helix or HX device type and displays all its options within
the main application window.
TIP: As covered in “Multi-Device, Multi-Window Support” on page 3, if you
have more than one device connected, a separate application window is available
for each device.
Within the application window, the navigation is divided into three main sections:
The Librarian Window - For managing preset and Impulse Response (IR) les.
The Signal Flow Window - Where you can add and move amp, eects & mix
blocks, and customize your complete signal path routing.
The Inspector Window - Where you can choose from the huge selection of mod-
els, edit their parameters, create bypass & controller assignments, and more.

your screen size and workow. Simply click and drag any corner or edge of the window
to adjust to the preferred size, or click the “Maximize” button at the top of the window
to use it in full screen mode. If you have multiple devices connected, each device's ap-

the toggle button at the top left of the Signal Flow window.
