Q. Is my phone compatible with the Wireless Charger?
A. Not all phones are compatible with wireless charging. See the graph below or click here
to view an exhaustive list of compatible devices.
Q. Will my phone charge faster by using the PowerPro Go™ as a wall charger or power
bank?
A. The Power Bank feature of the PowerPro Go™ is capable of a faster charge than the
Wall Charger. When plugged into the wall, the PowerPro Go™ will use power to
recharge its internal battery first, then the connected device second.
Q. How do I turn off the PowerPro Go™?
A. The PowerPro Go™ can be turned off by double-clicking the Power Button. It will
automatically turn off after approximately 20 seconds of being idle.
Q. How many devices can I charge at once on the PowerPro Go™?
A. It is recommended to only charge one device at a time to achieve the maximum power
output. When multiple devices are connected, the PowerPro Go™ may, at times, reach
its maximum charge capacity causing the connected devices to charge at a slower rate.
If this occurs, remove a connected device to resume optimal charge.
Q. Can I leave my PowerPro Go™ plugged in all the time?
A. Yes, there is no harm done if the PowerPro Go™ is left plugged in at all times.
Q. Will the PowerPro Go™ “overcharge” my cell phone or device?
A. PowerPro Go™ is designed to optimally charge your devices. This means it will charge
them quickly, as well as safely.
Q. Does the PowerPro Go™ support Type-C Power Delivery?
A. Yes, the PowerPro Go™ meets the technical specifications of Power Delivery by
providing 18W of power from the Type-C Port. If being used as a Wall Charger, the total
power is lowers to 5V/1A to share the power with the internal battery of the PowerPro
Go™.
