4. OUTPUT TO PERSONAL ASSISTIVE
LISTENING DEVICE (ALD)
1. Turn the AUDIO OUT
volume control on the front
panel all the way down (fully
counterclockwise).
2. Determine the size and type
of audio input jack on the
device as many manufacturers’
products differ in connector
size and shape. Many Personal
FM transmitters require a 3.5
mm to 3.5 mm patch cable
(part# MSC3535, not included).
3. Connect a patch cable from
the personal FM’s microphone
jack or AUX input to AUDIO
OUT jack on the 955 Access:
4. With the amplifier and ALD
turned on, speak into the
Flexmike and slowly adjust
the corresponding volume
control on the amplifier until
the appropriate audio level is
obtained in the Personal FM
receiver.
5. It may be necessary to adjust
the volume on the Personal
FM receiver to achieve
appropriate volume level.
