1. The AT410 will periodically test its battery and automatically send a signal to
the Response Center if the battery is low.
2. Provides a larger offering of ID codes to accommodate installations in
apartments and senior housing.
3. The AT410 provides protection against accidental disconnection. A “Help
Needed” signal will automatically be transmitted to the Response Center if the
wires are removed from the AT410.
Subscriber Testing: Monthly testing is important and recommended by Lifeline. When
interacting or corresponding with subscribers, reinforce the need for monthly testing.
Test in accordance with the smoke detectors manufacturers recommended procedure.
Equipment Repair: Lifeline equipment is factory serviceable and must be repaired by
Lifeline Systems, Inc. Any service performed by unauthorized personnel will nullify any
warranty. Call Technical Support at 800-451-0525, ext. 1234, should your Lifeline
Access™ Equipment need repair.
