Wait for Heart Rate to display
After device pairing has completed, wait for additional 7 to 15 seconds
[VZLL`V\YOLHY[YH[LKPZWSH`VU[OLKL]PJL+LWLUKPUNVU`V\YÄ[ULZZ
device and app, there will be differences in elapsed time and displayed
messages before the proper heart rate appears. If your heart rate does not
display, see Troubleshooting.
Note: If you take LifeBEAM off your head, your heart rate will stop

Ready to Ride!
For future rides, you only need to turn on LifeBEAM.
Take Off LifeBEAM
When LifeBEAM is off your head and is idle, LifeBEAM Brain automatically
shuts off after 10 minutes of inactivity. You can also shut LifeBEAM Brain
off by pressing and holding the power button. A long beep sounds and the
status light turns off.
Storage
When storing, do not put objects inside the helmet that may scratch or
damage the sensor.
Maintenance
Although the electronics in LifeBEAM are weather resistant, do NOT put
the helmet under water.
