Operation With the hydro setting, a humid climate is created that is suitable for storing loose-leaf lettuce, vegetables and fruit with a high moisture content. When the drawers are full, this creates a cool, fresh environment with an air humidity of up to 90 %. The humidity level in the compartment depends on the moisture content of the food inside and on how often the compartment is opened. The default setting is dry. u To set hydro: Press and hold the dry/hydro button (4) until the symbol is shown.
