World class customer service is of vital importance in the railway industry. We adopt
a “cradle to grave” approach to customer care and support and to ensure our sys-
tems continue to perform at the highest levels wherever and whenever they are de-
ployed in passenger service. Our policy is to work closely with suppliers, clients and
end users to understand their needs and to shape our service accordingly. We have
set up facilities for customer service all over the world and are ready to deploy our
resources as necessary to provide the highest level of customer care.
