The following table helps identify and solve other potential
problems:
Error Possible cause Solution
The speaker
does not turn
on.
The internal battery
is dead.
Charge the internal
battery (see section
Charging the
battery).
No sound.
The speaker is not
turned on.
Press and hold the
button q for
approx. 2 seconds to
turn the speaker on.
The volume is set to
minimum.
Set the desired
volume using the
button 8.
You may also need to
increase the volume
on the Bluetooth
®
playback device.
