Troubleshooting
If you cannot connect the speaker to a Bluetooth
®
compati-
ble playback device, proceed as follows:
Possible cause Solution
The Bluetooth

tion is disabled on the
Bluetooth

playback
device.
Enable the Bluetooth
®
function
on the Bluetooth
®
playback
device.
The speaker is more
than 10 meters (10.9
yards) away from the
Bluetooth
®
playback
device or there are bar-
riers or other electronic
devices between them.
Decrease the distance between
the speaker and the Bluetooth
®
playback device. Make sure that
there are no barriers or other
electronic devices that could be
interfering with the connection.
The speaker is not
turned on.
Turn the speaker on.
