Note: Depending on the material of the dashboard,

The product has an LED along the bottom edge of the
charging area that indicates its operational status:

White LED on Charging / Full charge
White LED off Standby

What should I do if the mobile device does
not get charging ?
 Check that the mobile device has Qi wireless
charging technology.
 Check that the mobile device is aligned over the
center of the Qi charging area

 Check that no foreign object is blocking the
charging.
 Remove the protective cover of the mobile device if
necessary.
P Storage when not in use
Store the product in a dry environment, protected from
dust and direct sunlight.
