P Storage when not in use
Store the product in a dry environment, protected from
dust and direct sunlight.
P Cleaning
 Unplug the product and remove all plugs before
cleaning!
 No acid, chafing or solvent cleaning agents should
be used or the product can be damaged.
 Clean the outside of the product using a soft, dry
cloth!
 For tough soiling, a mild cleaning agent can be
used.
 Only use a clean, dry cloth for cleaning the product
and never use any corrosive liquids. Use a slightly
moistened cloth and a mild cleaning agent to
remove stubborn dirt.
P Troubleshooting
What should I do if the mobile device does
not get charging ?
 Check that the mobile device has Qi wireless
charging technology.
 Check that the mobile device is aligned over the
center of the Qi charging area
