g) Press OK [ ]. Program is set as favorite and FAV is displayed.
While watching TV, press [FAV] and select a favorite channel to view.
ADDING A CHANNEL
To add a channel manually to a program list:
a) Display set up menu (see Displaying Set Up Menu)
b) Auto Programming is highlighted. Select Program Edit from
middle panel
c) Select Add Channel from right panel and press OK [
]
d) Use [
] to select Digital or Analogue
e) Press [
] and select program number
f) Press OK [
] to confi rm

a) Press HOME [ ]. First menu is displayed.
b) Press [
] until Easy Menu is displayed
c) Select SETUP
d) Press OK [

SETTING UP REMOTE TO CONTROL YOUR TV
To operate your TV with Unit remote control:
If your TV is listed in table below:
a) Press and hold TV POWER [
]
c) Enter TV manufacturer code as follows:
Manufacturer Code number
LG / GoldStar [1] (Default) [2]
Zenith [1 3 4]
Samsung [6 7]
Sony [8 9]
Hitachi [4]
d) Release TV POWER [
] button
e) Switch TV back on if necessary
After replacing batteries in remote control repeat steps (a) to (c).
TV ASPECT
To select aspects ratio of connected TV:
a) Display set up menu (see Displaying Set Up Menu)
b) Auto Programming is highlighted. Select TV Aspect from
middle panel
c) Select option in right panel:
• 4:3 Letter Box for a standard 4:3 screen TV with wide
picture and bands on upper and lower areas of screen.
• 4:3 Pan Scan for a standard 4:3 screen TV with wide
picture on entire screen, cutting off parts that do not fi t.
