Problem Cause & Correction
The charging time is
unusually long.
• The charging time may vary according to the
environmental temperature. Please charge in
5 °C to 35 °C (41 °F to 95 °F).
• The charging time may vary when the
portable charger is connected to PC USB
ports(USBspecication:5V500mA).
• The USB port may lack power. Please
disconnect all other devices using USB ports.
• This may occur when using a USB hub to
charge the portable charger; please directly
connect it to a PC USB port to charge.
The portable charger is
overheating.
• The portable charger may emit heat while
charging or during use; if there is too much
heat or smoke, please stop use.
