Power cannot be turned on
Check
the
charge
of the
battery.
Connect
the
AC
adapter
to
charge.
LCD
screen is too dark
Check
the
brightness setting
of the
LCD screen.
No sound or
poor
sound
quality
Check
that if
connectors
of the remote controller and
earphones
are clean.
Check
that the
music files
on
this
device are in the correct format and are not
corrupt.
Buttons will not function
Check
whether the Hold function
is
activated.
Remove and then
put
the
battery
if the
product stops
and
does
not
operate.
Text in the
LCD
distorted
Check
the correct
language setting.
Heavy
noise in radio
reception.

if
earphones
are connected. The
earphones

an antenna for the radio

earphones

connected,
try moving
direction of the
product
and
