7 Reverse the hinge lever e by flipping it over.
Place it on top of the bracket and tighten both
down with the screw.
8 Set the freezer door to the side.
Removing the Refrigerator Door
1 Using a 1/4 in. socket wrench, loosen and
remove the middle hinge pin a from the
middle hinge bracket
b. Remove the washer
c underneath the middle hinge and set the
parts aside.
CAUTION
• When lifting the hinge pin, be careful that the
door does not fall forward.
2 Slightly lift the refrigerator door and remove
it.
•Type A
•Type B
3 Loosen the 2 bolts and the Phillips head screw
and remove the middle hinge bracket from
the refrigerator housing. Set the parts aside.
4 Using a 1/4 in. socket wrench, loosen and
remove the bottom hinge pin
d from the
bottom hinge bracket
e. Remove the washer
from the bottom hinge pin and set it aside.
