Store taller items, such as a gallon container or
bottles, by pushing the front half of the shelf
underneath the back half of the shelf. Pull the
front of the shelf forward to return to a full shelf.
CAUTION
• Glass shelves are heavy. Use special care when
removing them.
• Do not clean glass shelves with warm water
while they are cold. Shelves may break if
exposed to sudden temperature changes or
impact.
Icemaker
Using the Icemaker
1 Use the handle on the ice tray to pull the tray
out.
2 Fill the ice tray with water up to the marked
water line.
3 Slide the ice tray back into place.
4 Once the water is frozen, hold the handle on
the icemaker and turn it clockwise to release
the ice cubes.
5 Hold the handle of the ice bin and pull it out.
WARNING
• Fill with potable water only.
CAUTION
• Be careful not to spill water when sliding the ice
tray in.
• Be careful when handling the ice as the edges of
the ice may be sharp.
NOTE
• Check whether there is any ice remaining in the
ice tray before putting water into it.
• Do not slam the freezer door closed after filling
the ice tray with water.
• The icemaker can be removed to make more
space in the freezer compartment.
•Press the Express Freeze button on the control
panel to make ice quickly.
• If you open and close the freezer door
frequently, it may take longer for water to
freeze.
• The time it takes for water to freeze may vary
according to the season.
• The temperature inside the appliance can take
up to 24 hours to stabilize after initial
installation. Water may take longer to freeze
because of this.
• If the ice tray is overfilled, the ice cubes may stick
together and be difficult to remove.
• Ice can be removed more easily by pouring
water on the ice tray.
