Error Codes
Error Code Possible Cause & Solution

A button was touched for more than 8 seconds.
• Clean moisture or foreign objects off the buttons.
If the problem continues, touch the Power button to restart the
cooktop.
If the problem is not solved after following these steps, call for service.
F2
The touch-enabled IC is communicating abnormally.
• Restart the appliance using the Power button. If the problem
continues, disconnect power for more than 30 seconds. Then, restart
the appliance. If the problem is not solved after following these steps,
call for service.
C3
An element’s sensor may not be working properly.
• Cool the cooktop down until the error disappears. If the problem is
not solved after following these steps, call for service.
