How can I restart my device when

If the device does not respond to user input or the screen
freezes:
Remove the back cover and press the RESET button with a
pointed object to restart your device. If it still does not work,
please contact customer service.

Factory Reset
How do I perform a factory reset?
1. From the Home screen, touch Apps.
2. Touch Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset.
3. Read the warning and touch Reset tablet.
4. Touch Erase everything.
Attention:
If a factory reset is performed, all installed application and
user data will be erased. Please remember to back up any
important data before performing a factory reset.
