Excellent web browser
More people are using their phones to browse the internet, be it
for the latest news, football scores or even a spot of online banking;
and the Google Android platform excels at web. Both the LG
InTouch Max GW620 and the LG Optimus GT540 boast HSDPA
and Wi-Fi for fast, reliable surfi ng. The browser on both is also
full HTML, providing a PC-like web experience – as opposed to
a mobile-optimised browser, which often cuts text and images.
You’ll also be able to open
multiple windows, refresh pages,
add favourites, and search for
text by typing key words in the
search bar. A quick double-tap on
the screen allows you to zoom in
and out, enabling a full page view.
