Voice recorder
Use your voice recorder to record
voice memos or other audio files.
Recording a sound or voice
From the home screen select 1
then scroll to Voice
recorder in the Utilities tab.
Touch 2
Record
to begin
recording.
Touch 3
Stop
to end recording.
If you touch 4
New
, it will
automatically restart the voice
recording after saving the
previous one.
Sending the voice recording
Once you have finished 1
recording, touch Send.
Choose 2 Message, Email or
Bluetooth. If you choose
Message or Email, the recorded
track will be attached to the
message and sent as MMS. If you
choose Bluetooth, your phone
will search for a device to send
the voice recording to already
paired device.
Using the FM transmitter to
play music
The BL40 allows you with its built-
in FM transmitter to listen to your
music via any FM tuner in range of
the phone, e.g. at home or in your
car.
Touch 1
then Tools and
choose FM Transmitter from the
Utilities tab.
Select a frequency that you want 2
to tranmit an FM signal on, and
then touch Transmit.
Then set your tuner to the same 3
frequency.
NOTE: The operating distance of the
FM transmitter is up to a maximum
of 2 metres (6.5 feet).
