Developertouse,reproduce,modify,display,
perform,sublicenseanddistributetheOriginal
Code(orportionsthereof)withorwithoutModi-
fications,and/oraspartofaLargerWork;and
(b)underPatentsClaimsinfringedbythemak-
ing,usingorsellingofOriginalCode,tomake,
havemade,use,practice,sell,andofferfor
sale,and/orotherwisedisposeoftheOriginal
Code(orportionsthereof).
(c)thelicensesgrantedinthisSection2.1(a)
and(b)areeffectiveonthedateInitialDevel-
operfirstdistributesOriginalCodeunderthe
termsofthisLicense.
(d)NotwithstandingSection2.1(b)above,no
patentlicenseisgranted:1)forcodethatYou
