Problem Solution
While using internet
features, some websites
contain empty spaces.
• The TV's internet supports up to Flash 11 and only plays
files in the following formats :
JPEG, PNG, GIF
Internet closes
automatically when
visiting a website.
• The internet may be forced to close if memory is
insufficient for the volume of information on a web page.
I have already signed
up on the TV. Do I need
to sign up again on the
website (www.lgappstv.
com)?
• If you sign up on your TV, no additional sign-up on the LG
website (www.lgappstv.com) is required.
After signing up on TV, you can sign into the website
by using the same ID and password and entering the
additional information to complete the email verification
process.
