Start-up Process
When switching on your TV set the message “Scrambled Programme” appears:
The “Scrambled Programme” message may appear if your TV is switched on from standby to a Pay TV
channel.
The TV’s start-up process may take longer due to the enhanced security for CI+ compared to a Free-to-Air
channel.
The TV’s start-up time may vary depending on the kind of CI+ CAM (Common Interface Plus Conditional
Access Module) and this is irrelevant to the functionality of the TV.
Start-up process with CI+ CAM is as follows.
