8.3 Memo
Simply type in your memo, and press ENTER to store it.
8.4 Alarm
1.Toactivatetheschedulealarm,makesuretoturnontheicon((/)).Seesection6.4“Alarm”.
2. The scheduled event will be displayed when the time is reached. The organiser will turn on automatically if it was off. Press any key
to stop the alarm sound.
8.5 Managing entries
To search, edit and delete entries, proceed the same way as for the phonebook mode (see sections 7.2 –7.3 and 7.4).
9. PASSWORD SETTINGS
You can secure the data contained in the phonebook, schedule, to do’s list and memo.
9.1 Activating your password
1.Inclockmode,press2

, followed by . Enter a new password (max. 6 characters) and press ENTER. Enter the new password
onceagain,andpressENTERtoconrm.
2. You will now have to key in your password every time to access the telephone directory, the schedule or the “To do” list,
9.2 Editing your password

followed by . Enter your password, and press ENTER. “EDIT PASSWD?” is displayed onscreen.
2.PressENTER.Enteranewpassword,andconrmwithENTER.
3.Enterthenewpasswordonceagain,andpressENTERtoconrm.
8.2 To Do
1.Keyinthenameoftheentry,andpress .
2.Enterthepriorityleveloftheentry(from1to9).
3. Use the or key to select whether the entry is pending (P) or done (D).
4. Press .
5. Input the due date and time of the entry.
6. Press ENTER to store your entry. The letter “P” will be displayed next to the entries that are still to do.
Note: if the time set is out of range, “ERR” will be displayed for 2 seconds. Input the event’s time again.
